Shipping Policy

Everything you need to know about how we deliver your order.

1Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive a notification when your order has been dispatched.
During high-volume periods such as sales or festive seasons, processing may take up to 3 business days.

Standard Delivery (within Pakistan): 3–5 business days.
Express Delivery (major cities): 1–2 business days — available at checkout for an additional fee.
Remote areas may require an additional 2–3 business days beyond the standard timeline.
Ravaah currently ships within Pakistan only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Standard shipping is charged at a flat rate of PKR 200 per order.
Orders above PKR 2,000 qualify for free standard shipping.
Express delivery charges vary by city and are displayed at checkout before payment.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are subject to an additional PKR 50 handling fee.

COD is available for all cities served by our courier partners.
Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order at the delivery address.
If a COD order is refused at delivery, future orders from that address may be restricted to prepaid methods only.

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email or phone number.
You can track your order through the courier's website using the tracking number provided.
For any shipping queries, contact our support team at support@ravaah.store.

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and product immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
In the unlikely event that your order is lost in transit, we will open an investigation with the courier and either resend your order or issue a full refund.
