Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love every Ravaah product. Here is how we handle returns.

1Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 7 days of the delivery date, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Due to the nature of fragrance products, opened bottles cannot be accepted for return for hygiene and quality reasons — unless the product is defective or damaged.
Gift sets and promotional bundle items are non-returnable.
Items purchased during a clearance or final-sale event are non-returnable.

2Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at support@ravaah.store within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photographs of the item and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

3How to Initiate a Return

Email support@ravaah.store with the subject line: RETURN — [Your Order ID].
Provide your full name, order number, reason for return, and photos where applicable.
Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

4Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Refunds are issued via the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer — please provide your bank account details when submitting your return request.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

5Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
